During Earl’s discharge meeting, the sinister DR. JM STEINER warns him that he is not in fact rehabilitated and that if he does not exercise intentional self-control, his homicidal tendencies will indeed reemerge, increasing the likelihood that he will find himself with a noose around his neck. On a brighter note, he also informs him that his long-lost sister lives in MOORE, and a wagon has been arranged to transport him there the following morning.
Unfortunately, after boarding the wagon that morning, Earl finds himself traveling in the company of a miserable family.
